OUR SERVICES
A Not For Profit Organization
The Joliet Sweet Swingers Golf Club was established in 1976 to
promote amateur golf, support area youth, and help those in need in the
Joliet community. The First Tee of Joliet is a youth based program that
teaches life skills through the game of golf to youngsters between the
ages of 8 and 18.
The First Tee of Joliet programs are open to all interested youths
regardless of their financial status as no child who wants to participate
in the program is turned down and is allowed to participate. For the
past three years through its annual summer camps and exposure to area
youth, The First Tee of Joliet has involved over 1000 kids in its
programs and it is continuing to grow each year.
Our annual golf tournament since its inception in 1976 has raised funds
to provide college scholarships, it has also provided children with back
to school needs that includes caps and gloves each year.
The club’s annual Thanksgiving food drive started in 1977 and each
year it provides food or funds to feed a minimum of 50 families.
The clubs annual golf clinic for adults started in 2008.
